  2. Dukungan Gratis:

    Pengguna berhak mendapatkan dukungan gratis selamanya. Dan bantuan Gratis selama 1 bulan terhitung sejak tanggal pembelian.

  3. Pembatasan Penggunaan:

    DILARANG menjual ulang, menyebarkan, atau membagikan dalam bentuk apapun tanpa izin tertulis.

  4. Penggunaan Domain:

    Template dapat digunakan di semua domain tanpa batasan.

  5. Pengembalian Uang:

    Tidak akan ada pengembalian uang dengan alasan apapun setelah pembelian atau pemakaian layanan ini.

Support Tidak Berlaku Jika:
  1. Meminta untuk mengubah desain blog sehingga berbeda seperti aslinya. Jika ingin mengubah tampilan harus dilakukan sendiri.
  2. Meminta untuk menambah atau menghapus fitur bawaan.
  3. Telah melakukan perombakan besar yang berakibat hilangnya tampilan dan fitur asli kemudian meminta panduan untuk mendekorasi template editan tersebut. Jika ingin mendapatkan support maka template harus diinstall ulang agar kembali ke bentuk aslinya terlebih dulu.
  4. Menggunakan template versi lama.
  5. Menggunakan template yang bukan premium.
  6. Menggunakan template ilegal (tidak membeli secara resmi).
